Good question. I don‰??t know if you found the CHAS web page a list of Lessons Learned links at
https://dchas.org/2020/01/07/laboratory-lessons-learned/
This includes the recent addition of the Chemical Abstract Service‰??s Chemical Safety Library at
https://dchas.org/2020/01/07/laboratory-lessons-learned/
which focuses on reactions with safety implications; most of the other sites focus on lab management challenges with safety implications.
Another source of reactivity safety concerns is the reactivity section of the Lab Chemical Safety Summaries at Pubchem. They identify hazardous reactions, but don‰??t provide context for the events. These different styles demonstrate the challenge of googling your way to treasure on this topic.
Let me know if you have any questions about this.
