I would recommend at least an Apple Watch . It can alert anyone on your emergency contact list in the event of a fall; it can also be used as a cellular device and make calls or send messages. It also has a built in ecg to detect irregular heart beat (must be proactive in use). Nope I do not work for Apple but I do work for At&t (full disclosure). Every little bit of security helps !!!
