Hi,
Our institution is in the process of creating a tool for labsto do a hazard assessment for new lab work; it will be part our routine safety surveys to ask for
this assessment. We are modeling our tool after the one developed by Stanford. I have a PDF of the Stanford tool if you are interestedÑlet me know.

Would that not be an SOP?

I wonder if anyone on the list had developed a model Job Hazard Analysis for a laboratory scale chemical procedure that they use as a teaching tool for either the research or undergraduate laboratory audience? I'm working on a project that could benefit from reviewing several of these to identify best practices in writing JHA's. If you have one that you're developed or have seen one that impressed you, I'd appreciate a pointer in that direction.
Thanks for any help with this.
