Hi,
Our institution is in the process of creating a tool for labsto do a hazard assessment for new lab work; it will be part our routine safety surveys to ask for
this assessment. We are modeling our tool after the one developed by Stanford. I have a PDF of the Stanford tool if you are interestedÑlet me know.

I'm working on a project that could benefit from reviewing several of these to identify best practices in writing JHA's. If you have one that you're developed or have seen one that impressed you, I'd appreciate a pointer in that direction.
