Don’t miss these exceptional biosafety learning opportunities at Yale University. The main event is the Yale-Harvard Biosafety Symposium on Tuesday, June 13th, covering lentiviral exposures and high-risk biohazard research—sponsored by the Institutional Biosafety Committees of Yale and Harvard Universities. The full program, speakers and subjects covered are detailed at: https://www.harvardyalesymposium.com/schedule-1

Come early! Two professional development courses are offered on Monday, June 12th: “Case Studies in Biosafety” and “Viral Vectors.”

Stay Wednesday, June 14th! At the same location, the Connecticut Biosafety Alliance will sponsor a morning symposium on sharps, nonhuman primates and PPE, followed by a four hour introductory biosafety course in the afternoon. See Wednesday’s agenda at: http://ehs.yale.edu/sites/default/files/files/ct-biosafety-alliance-agenda.pdf

See below for registration, travel and lodging information and other details. Note that registration for Wednesday’s program is via a separate website.
