Hi Bill:
We've been use the BioRAFT inspection module here at Penn for the past few years. To summarize what we think of it: It's been great, and the company has continued
to improve their product based on very well-researched feedback from their customers. (Many of the improvements have been to add features that we wouldn't have even thought to request until we started using it!)
I'd be happy to tell you more about our experiences. At the CSHEMA conference this past summer, we did a presentation about our experience with the BioRAFT inspection
module. The presentation was filmed, I could probably get a link to that if you want to check that out. Just let me know.
Best of luck,
Kimi Brown

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Laboratory Inspection Software
Hello All,
We're thinking about taking advantage of software to conduct laboratory inspections. If you use software to conduct your laboratory inspections, please let me know what it is and what you think of it.
Feel free to email me privately if you want to avoid being mean about software you don't like in a public setting.
