We encourage training of union workers, but also require a medic on film locations. If there is a serious accident, we can't have people standing around waiting for EMS vehicles. In the City we have traffic, in the burbs or rural areas, there is a long response time. And when we were shooting at Shorham Nuclear facility, cell phones are still blocked in that area as a security measure. To make a call requires driving a mile or so away. So we required a landline brought in.
