Midwest Chemical Safety will be presenting “Effective Chemical Safety Management: A Risk-Based Perspective” at the Midwest Regional Meeting in St. Joseph, MO on Friday, October 23rd.  There is still time to register.

This day-long workshop will introduce and apply a number of risk management tools for safety professionals working in the chemical enterprise.  Using course evaluations from the last set of workshops, we have included fundamental toxicology, waste management and field research into the risk evaluation workshop.

Online registration for the Regional Meeting can be found at the RM Website:   mwrm2015.sites.acs.org  (cut and paste into your browser).  You do NOT need to register for the entire meeting to attend the meeting, however if you choose that option, you must use the paper form and send it into ACS.  On-site registration will be available, but only a limited number of extra workbooks will be available, so it’s best to register in advance.
