Subject: [DCHAS-L] boiler plate CHP for small college

Hi all,

I am looking for a boiler-plate CHP for a small college that I can use to s
tart writing one for our college. We are a small technical college in Wisc
onsin, and have never had a CHP since I=92ve been here, 11 years and counti
ng. I=92d also like to look at a complete CHP for a small college, so I ca
n have an idea what the finished product should look like. Any help you c
