I’ve got a blank chemical hygi ene plan that’s not terribly specific; it might be too broad for your nee ds. Email me directly and I will send you a copy. It was created by NCSU- IES, who I would HIGHLY recommend. We have used them for health and safety audits, process hazard analyses, safety classes, lean manufacturing classes , and other consulting jobs with excelle nt results. http://www.ies.nc su.edu/
Some other good resources I’ve found are:
http://www.purdue.edu/rem/ih/ chp.htm
http://www.ncsu.edu/ehs/safety plan/

Happy writing!

Manual
Does
anyone have a laboratory safety manual they are willing to share. We
are
in the process of creating one for our new failure analysis lab. I do
n't
want to reinvent the wheel if we don't have to.
Thank you in advance,
Michele
