Subject: Transferring Solvents

I'm looking for a way to transfer solvents (i.e. dichloromethane, hexane,
 etc.)
from 19 L metals cans to smaller containers that minimizes spillage and f
umes.
I've had trouble with leakage from hand pumps in the past, but maybe cert
ain
brands are better than others?
