The Clark County, WI Division of Emergency Mangement and the Clark County, WI Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) are seeking information from CHAS members in the transportation, hazmat, and public safety communities who may have responded to an ethylene oxide incident in the last 18 to 24 Months. Specifically, 1] time and date of incident; 2] prevailing weather conditions; 3] rail, highway, or stationary facility; 4] diameter of the hot zone/red zone; 5] did an evacuation occur and how many people; 6] urban or rural environment; 7] who was first on the scene and who was ultimately in charge of incident command; 8] how many agencies responded; 9] total time of incident from start to end of clean-up; 10] size of spill or leak.
