Ansell sells an ultralight Spectra surgical glove liner. You can get the 
same sort of thing for industrial use, without sterilization, from us or 
other suppliers. Wear one under the thin disposable lab glove of your 
choice. (Or put the glove under the liner, depending on the application.)

To my knowledge no one makes a laboratory version of the types of chem/cut 
resistant gloves that are available for plant use in the chemical 
industry.

Hi, this is my first use of this discussion group.

I have two questions:

1. Does anyone know of a 'model' Job Safety (Hazard) Analysis 
program? I am responsible for developing one for our group (from 
scratch) and while I have good examples here, I wanted to know if 
others had worked out issues that often arise from developing new 
strategies? I want to expand my knowledge base before I try and 
tackle this monster.

2. I am curious if anyone knows of any cut-resistant gloves that may 
have been developed with the medical profession in mind. We have a 
number of biologists conducting numerous animal and tissue studies, 
and I'd like to lessen the hazard of lacerations, however, it seems 
like 'our' suppliers (those available to us) don't really have what 
we are looking for. I am not looking for a slew of company names, but 
some companies that may have developed a glove that is not only cut- 
resistant, but has been developed for use either with common surgical 
gloves (Nitrile, latex, etc.) or in a combination (where the cut- 
resistant glove is also part nitrile/latex, etc). The key components 
are flexibility, decontamination, and cost.
