If you have experience with using low flow (60 cfm) "high performance" fume hoods such as the Hamilton Concept fume hood for neuroscience teaching laboratory classes (some standard solvents, generally used in small amounts, plus some very dilute chemicals that affect cell cycle or inhibit (work with zebrafish embryos, and over the counter drugs)--please let me know your good/bad experiences. No reactions would be taking place, amounts of waste peaking at several hundred mLs/class.
Am thinking of installing one of these as a hood for hazwaste collection-
