I tested out the VR PPE class today. It was interesting and used VR well (you had to move around and grab things), but relatively basic in skills training. I didn't take the course all the way to the final exam.
It could be used in a general class and is an engaging way to train.

This course empowers learners to apply knowledge and practice selecting the appropriate PPE and properly donning and doffing it in a virtual museum. It concludes with a final exam in a virtual laboratory. --- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ---

If anyone on the list has the hardware to try out this virtual reality training from the CDC about lab PPE, I'd be interested in hearing about whether they think it's a useful tool for lab safety training.
