Third vote for PSI caps.  You have to buy direct from the manufacturer with a minimum amount, which for most Universities is a lifetime supply.  I quizzed sales reps for the big scientific suppliers and they had no alternatives.

Yep, PSI is the way to go.  I bought my caps about 5 years ago....at the time, I believe there was a minimum purchase of around 1000.....

I'm searching the web for a vented cap for chemical waste bottles without much luck. Does anyone have a site that they use to shop for these?
