AUGUST 22 - 26 | ATLANTA, GA | IN-PERSON/VIRTUAL
#ACSFall2021
Oral and poster presentations for ACS Fall 2021 are being accepted until Monday, April 12. The theme, Resilience of Chemistry, will be at the core of programming. Those who wish to submit an abstract will have the option of selecting a virtual or in-person abstract submission.
While ACS Fall 2021 is planned as a hybrid event, we continue to carefully monitor the situation relative to the COVID-19 pandemic and its potential impacts on the meeting. ACS will provide additional updates about the meeting as they become available.
In addition the CHAS program, in particular Neal's session on emergency preparation and response, I'm organizing a session in PROF
COVID Lessons Learned in Resilience
The global COVID pandemic continues into its second year, new variants emerge, but our toolbox is bigger, too. This session holds presentations on the history of SARS-CoV-2, current knowledge on effective measures to reduce transmission, how businesses and schools are adapting, and perspectives on
sound public health
policy.

And, I'm always partial to SCHB's program, but there's room for everyone, somewhere. Submit your abstract, get on the program.
Contact me if any questions.
Stay safe!
