Yale University has an opening for a Radiation Safety Officer. Please consider applying. I think you'll find that Yale's RSO opportunity matches its reputation as one of the world's premier universities. Yale's
RSO is a member of the Office of Environmental Health and Safety's (EHS) leadership team, and reports to the EHS Director. The RSO has significant support to oversee Yale's core radiation safety, x-ray safety and laser safety programs, and three Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) licenses. The program directly supports the Yale University Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Center, which operates a radioisotope production cyclotron and radiochemistry facility, and conducts human and animal subject research imaging.

Yale provides generous benefits. On the Long Island Sound, New Haven has outstanding arts, dining, theater and other culture (once COVID subsides!), and is close to Cape Cod beaches, the mountains of Vermont/New
Hampshire, and the fun of New York City. For any questions, contact Peter A. Reinhardt, Director, Office of Environmental Health & Safety, Yale University,
