From: Monona Rossol Yup. But the general public are not under OSHA. So I'm only suggesting the Appendix D route as known strategy as a precaution for the general public. There clearly is little risk from wearing an N95 without certification as long as the person is aware that it causes breathing stress and individual has the common sense to remove it if breathing is difficult. I'm an aging asthmatic, and I wear one. There are many cloth masks and other devices being created by entrepreneurs that are more potentially hazardous to wearers than the N95. In our January newsletter, I set up quick and dirty system for estimating the amount of exhaled air that is rebreathed from the worst of these so people can make a judgement. Monona ---
