Here is another example of a non-vented goggle which has ANSI Z87+ D3/D4/D5 rating and is also anti-fog.
Most direct/indirect vented goggles including the ones called Over the Glasses (OTG) for prescription eyewear will only have either a D3 and/or D4 rating and no D5 rating for fine particles.
If splash to the face and neck is also a concern, that's where a face shield comes not play and would be worn together with the non-vented or vented goggles.

I have a few co-workers who use this style. Since these are curved, there is no need for side shields.
