EPA - its your right to know

Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Program

Providing Pollution Prevention and Toxic Chemical Release Information

TRI data users,

The TRI Program has retired its "My Right to Know" application and replaced it with a new search application, featured on the TRI Program homepage.

The new search tool is available in English and Spanish, and provides mobile-friendly, summary-level information about toxic chemical releases from industrial and federal facilities.

Search by location or facility name, map the results, then hone in on facilities of interest. Find out about a facility's chemical releases, pollution prevention activities, compliance and enforcement history, and more.
