Senior Chemical Safety Specialist 5, Chemical Hygiene Officer: The senior chemical hygiene officer serves as the scientific safety officer and program manager for the laboratory chemical hygiene, chemical hazard communications and laboratory chemical exposure assessment programs. Conducts compliance and risk assessments and develops and implements policies and procedures. This position is located at the University Park campus and oversees chemical safety programs at all University locations excluding Hershey College of Medicine. Senior Biosafety Specialist 5, Biological Safety Officer: The senior biosafety officer serves as the scientific safety officer for research biosafety and bloodborne pathogens programs for the University, provides research safety protocol reviews for Institutional Biosafety Committee, as well as biosafety lead for Select Agent program and research at Pell BSL3 facility. This position is located at the University Park campus and oversees biosafety programs at all University locations excluding Hershey College of Medicine. Hazardous Materials Program Manager
: The hazardous materials program manager provides broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of hazardous waste and hazardous materials shipping management. This position is located at the University Park campus and oversees hazardous waste and hazardous materials shipping programs at all University locations excluding Hershey College of Medicine. Hazardous Building Material Program Manager: The hazardous building material program manager provides broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of hazardous building materials management and abatement. This position is located at the University Park campus and oversees hazardous building materials programs at all University locations excluding Hershey College of Medicine.
