One resource I recommend is Prof. Mahesh K. Mahanthappa presentation in his safety journal club discussion last week. He talked about Making Safety Second Nature In An Academic Lab and described his lab specific approach to safety training. His powerpoint on the topic is available at
https://dchas.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/2020.10.20-Mahanthappa-DCHAS-Talk.pdf
and was our most popular web page last week with close to 100 visitors. I recommend reviewing this presentation for some useful ideas about how to structure lab specific training.
