Been following this email thread for awhile now and appreciate everyone ones unique perspectives and though I might chime in. Every time I do health and safety training I play this video as it sets the stage on how serious what we do everyday is. Hopefully the link works!

It's an unlicensed extraction operation in New Mexico the technician used a heat gun on a tray of liquid hydrocarbon in-front of an extraction unit and well it ignited and so did the whole room. Worst off the emergency exits were blocked and the poor guy has to go back through the flames to escape.
