If the ammonium nitrate explosions in TianJin, China, in 2015, in West, Texas, in 2013 or in Texas City, Texas, in 1947 did not result in adequate global governmental care with explosive materials (and they did not), this one is not likely to produce long term global care. We can hope that some of the responsible people in Lebanon and their political bosses, will be made examples of and thus focus the attention of some government officials for a time.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Beirut Explosion
Hello All,
What happened in Beirut, Lebanon should not be happening anywhere else in the the other parts of the World if the Governments should be more careful with the Chemical Safety, Storage, Locations, Usages & Sale regulations and implementation.
What do you think? What should we/Scientists do?
Regards,
