Hello Toby,
When I was in high school, we used something like
these. For the first Ôlab' we dyed our safety glasses and the vents different colors so everyone's pairs were unique. They didn't fog up too bad and were comfortable enough.
Any ANSI z87 safety glasses would most likely be fine. For students with their own glasses, I find some pairs to be uncomfortable. As an adult with glasses,
these are the only fit overs that fit my big head. Some students probably have smaller faces so other styles like
this or
this could work better for them. I would recommend something with fixed side shields so the students cant
lose them.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [DCHAS-L] safety goggles
ATTENTION: This email originated from outside of GM. |
Hello EveryoneÑ
We're requiring our students to buy their own safety goggles next year because of the pandemic. I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for goggles that are comfortable, do not fog up, and fit well even over eyeglasses. We'll be using
these in chem, bio, and environmental science classes. I teach at a private high school.
Also, any recommendations for safety glasses for our physics classes?
Thank you,
Koby
