Hi all,
Does anyone know if there are any safety issues/concerns that need to be addressed when sharing a ventilation system of the labs on the first and second floor? We are in the designing stage of building chemistry labs on the first floor and sharing the ventilation
system with the biology labs on the second floor.
Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you,

Subject: Re: [DCHAS-L] [NAOSMM] Wearable Alert Devices
I've been thinking about the same thing. Our cell and wifi coverage is good, but in the case of a slip and fall, one might not be able to reach a phone. Following the discussion!
How many of you work in areas where there is no one else around who
may see you if there is an emergency? Do you have any type of
wearable devices that you can recommend (like Life Alert)? I don't
have staff that work in my stockroom with me at all times, for
example.
Thank you,
Monique
