I will be posting many of the the presentations from the national meeting on the CHAS web site over the next month. It was a mammoth meeting in terms of the number and quality of presentations and organizing the files will take a while.
As a sneak peek, I thought I would report that at one of yesterday's presentations at the Graduate Student Safety Education symposium discussed the development of a library of safety minutes for speakers at Northwestern University departmental seminars. Their library is available at this web site:

Our thanks to the Northwestern RSSI team and Louis Redfern in particular for sharing this work with us!

RSSI has collected and prepared a number of Safety Minutes to be presented before departmental seminars/colloquiums/research talks and strongly encourages their usage at group meetings for research groups within the departments.
Each Safety Minute is centered on a specific safety topic and consists of a few slides that takes only a minute or two to present. Despite its briefness, the safety moment reminds us to conduct our science carefully and that "safety comes first."

As more Safety Minutes are added to the library, we welcome your contributions as well. If you have an idea on safety and would like to make it into a Safety Minute, contact us!

Please take a look at the Safety Minute Catalog (last updated Mar 21, 2019) to make sure you have the latest edition of the files. This can be done by comparing the "date modified" value of the downloaded slides on your file browser to the Catalog.
