Good Afternoon,
Do you have recommendations for sources of SDS's for an entire campus (and, if available, pricing information)? We have an enrollment of 3914 students, which includes the basic lab sciences, Engineering, Nursing, Physical Therapy, Physician's
Assistant, and Art.
Questions that have arisen as we seek to provide these documents to all employees include the following.
1. Are paper copies required in case of being unable to access electronic versions?
2. Is there a time limit, e.g., 60-second rule as to how quickly someone should be able to access an SDS should an OSHA inspector ask?
Current options under consideration are listed below.
2. Help individual work areas develop their own SDS inventories.
3. Create a central repository of SDS's for the campus.
Thank you for your advice!
