All:
I am looking for a published procedure, either
peer-reviewed or from a government agency, for handling a
reacting drum or container. The EPA has requirements for
creating such a condition at 40 CFR 265.17(b), but does not
discuss what you should do if you inadvertently create a
mixture that reacts.
I am NOT looking for a discussion of how to mitigate
the drum. I am specifically looking for the documentation.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thx
Neal
