I have, finally, remembered the name of the service that most impressed me. It is called ENHESA and can be found at www.enhesa.com.

They provide on-line access to virtually all countries' EH&S regulations on one form or another, along with notification of changes and proposed changes on a country-by-country basis. I thought it was a very comprehensive service. It is also very costly but has different levels of service at different prices.

However, what I found most interesting was their quarterly, electronic newsletter called the ENHESA Flash, which was available at no cost. On a global region-by-region basis is offers notes on what they think are the most notable regulatory changes and proposals. Go to http://www.enhesa.com/flash and follow their link to "contact us" It looks like you have to fill out an on-line form and ask to be added to the Flash distribution list.

Be aware that I've not received ENHESA Flash since I spun out of Xerox at the beginning of 2017, and it may have changed since then.

were expanding to cover global, as well as US, EHS regulations. I imagine
they have accomplished that by now. There were 3 or 4 other commercial
firms offering similar services. These are more than notifications, but
