Early Friday morning, the product tanker Srikandi 511 caught fire at a Pertamina-run fuel terminal on the Barito River in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. The tanker's crew escaped safely, and the fire was extinguished within two hours.

"I do not know exactly what caused it, suddenly the tanker was on fire, and the oil spill filled the river channel," said tugboat captain Sapri Eko, speaking to Indonesian outlet Tempo.

In a statement, Pertamina said that the fire broke out at the terminal's jetty #3. For safety, the affected pier is now shut down, but jetty #1 remains in operation. Pertamina staff worked to contain the blaze and successfully prevented it from affecting the rest of the terminal facility.

Pertamina spokesperson Yudy Nugraha told media that the fire will not affect the availability of fuel in South Kalimantan. The next fuel delivery is expected to arrive from a larger storage facility in Kotabaru today.

LAVERKIN, Utah ‰?? A man was arrested on numerous charges after police in LaVerkin responded to a vehicle fire at a gas station Friday night.

According to LaVerkin Police Department, police were dispatched to a Maverik gas station at 8:35 p.m. after two off-duty officers heard what sounded like an explosion.

Police said there was ‰??a large item in the parking lot fully engulfed. A vehicle on fire was also seen fleeing the scene.‰??

A witness followed the fleeing vehicle and updated dispatchers on its location. A Springdale Police officer stopped the vehicle and detained the occupants.

Police arrested the driver and issued the passenger a citation. They say they suspect the pair may have been under the influence of inhalants.

GREENDALE -- Three officers were treated for possible exposure to a deadly drug in two separate incidents. Investigators believe they may have been exposed to fentanyl.

Both incident happened Friday, May 25. Two Greendale officers and a Milwaukee police officer were treated with Narcan.

Fentanyl is a potent opiate with deadly consequences.

"You get that on your skin and that could be deadly," said Lt. Darin Peterburs, with the Milwaukee Fire Department.

It doesn't take a lot to do damage. An amount as tiny as a grain of salt can kill a person.

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) ‰?? A man suffering from severe burns allegedly attributed his injuries to a trip and fall before admitting to a drug-related explosion.

Firefighters responded to 12th Drive in the Golden area at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday, said Mark Techmeyer, a spokesman for the Jefferson County Sheriff‰??s Office.

The man, badly burned over most of his body, told first responders he had tripped and fallen into a backyard fire pit.

As firefighters began to investigate the property, the man changed his story and said he had an accident during the production hash oil.

Making hash oil often means using butane to extract the psychoactive chemical THC from marijuana. Hash oil reportedly produces a more intense high but the process is highly volatile. The cooking process itself is not necessarily a crime, but when damage is caused and it endangers others such as neighbors or children, then the police may file charges.
