There's an interesting letter to the editor in the latest edition of Applied Biosafety about managing laboratory safety and supporting a proactive safety culture. You can see the first page at the link below, but there is some more data if you can find access to the complete article through a site license to Sage Publications or another source. I'm glad to see safety culture approaches similar to ACS's chemical safety approach being taken in other lab safety disciplines.
