100ml water (distilled)
0.5g Citric acid (chelator)
0.5g Boric acid (buffer)
Adjust pH to 8.0 with 1M NaOH solution
12% of a solvent mixture that is a 6:1:1 mixture of benzyl alcohol : ethyl acetate : diethyl ketone
then they add 8% Shellsol OMS.
