This may be a dumb question…Or, maybe it is because I live in Michigan surrounded by the Great Lakes and stringent waste restrictions or maybe I am just overly cautious.
Would you collect micromolar crystal violet solutions from a traditional kinetics lab as shown here: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/ipdf/10.1021/ed500876y?
Does anyone know of any references to concentrations of carcinogens or environmental hazards (of course, depending on what SDS you look at; I always choose the scariest one) that are considered non-hazardous, maybe related back to its LD50
or something?
