I have seen these these systems create ergonomic problems when they are loaded with paper. The weight of the shelves + cargo can be quite significant and the strength of the worker using the systems can be taxed if they aren't well-maintained. I would ask about this in selecting a system for chemicals, because poor chemical inventory management could lead to corrosive atmospheres over time...
