Jim, Please tell us what kind of injury such an exposure could cause. I'm recommending switching form various acid etching baths to copper sulfate baths which will etch cheater zinc plates so ventilation is not so crucial. If there is a down side, I need to know.

It's overkill to assure the parents don't sue the school district and to also show the emergency response teams are necessary.
