We use LabCliQ from Safety Stratus. Highly recommend it. You can customize the reports and add photos. Very easy to use and great service. Contact Adi for more info if you are interested:

Can anyone recommend to me commercial software that can be used for general building inspections and lab inspections?  If it does other things, that would be great, too.

Thanks,

Kristi
