Ruth
Could you provide more information on what you are dealing with. Is this an issue of student accomodations? I have worked with blind students in lad and it is possible. Regardless of the situation we have thus far been able to devise ways for students with learning differences to participate in lab.
Good Evening,
=B7 The following learning goal for a non-majors’ Chemistry class, Perform laboratory procedures accurately to test the hypotheses and to make additional observations, would be impossible to fulfill for a student who only partially observes and records the lab work but is unable to participate. Does anyone have experience/recommendations? Would you assume that if other learning goals are met for the course, this one could be ignored under special conditions?
Thank you!
Ruth Ann
