Subject: [DCHAS-L] Repurposing a chemical laboratory to a food safe laboratory
Hello all,
We have a highly desirable class at our college Kitchen Chemistry. Currently we run the class in a classroom and bring in the equipment
on carts everyday. We have an unused old chemical laboratory that we hope to renovate at some time. Does anyone have any resources or can point me in the correct direction as to what we need to do to make this old chemical laboratory safe for food use.
