I would guess that most if not all of your facilities workers (the ones working in the dorms almost certainly) have had blood borne pathogen training and have syringe disposal containers that they give to the students who need them. I‰??m also pretty sure that your athletic department or maybe clinics takes care of these for facilities (that‰??s how it works with many if not all Universities). That‰??s pretty common, and something that has been out there for awhile.
