There are two other important reasons for an OSHA inspection: a random inspection and an employer invitation.   I strongly recommend using the no fines, complimentary inspection service.  … Jim

And keep in mind that most OSHA inspections are the result of incidents involving reportable accidents, injuries, fatalities or complaints.
