An excerpt from a recent National Library of Medicine Listserv message: "You have a unique opportunity to affect the future of the National Library of Medicine (NLM). Dr. Francis Collins, Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), has convened a 'Working Group to Chart the Course for the NIH National Library of Medicine.' The working group has developed a Request for Information to collect input from stakeholders and members of the public regarding the current value of and future need for NLM programs, resources, research and training efforts, and services. Please see "NIH Announces Request for Information Regarding Deliberations of the Advisory Committee to the NIH Director (ACD) Working Group on the National Library of Medicine" ( http://www.nlm.nih.gov/news/nih_rfi_nlm_working_group.html ). Comments are due by Friday, March 13, 2015.

Bert
