The ACS Committee on Chemical Safety has a narrated PowerPoint available that meets this description, Mel. The original video you mentioned was last produced in VHS format and I doubt anyone can come up with a conversion to a newer format.
Here’s a link to the video, available online. http://www.acs.org/content/acs/en/about/governance/committees/chemicalsafety/chemical-safety-in-the-classroom.html

Many years ago I saw a video on eye protection that clearly demonstrated the protective ability of various types of goggles, glasses, face shields etc by splattering mannequin heads with paint balloons (or some such thing). It demonstrated the effectiveness of each type of eye protection.
Anyway, has anybody seen that video or similar video and if so, where can it be found? I thought about producing my own, but thought “why re-invent the wheel”.

Lesson learned video: Acid burn
I just learned about two new videos from the University of California, San Diego (again!). The first is a great lesson learned video from a researcher who was burned when trifluoroacetic acid ran down her arm:
The second is more of a PSA-style video about eye protection:
I've added them to my videos list. As always, let me know if there's a good video out there that I should include!
