Having traveled around the country and have looked at a lot of sites. Access was used frequently, several folks have used any type of preventive maintenance software, usually because they had this in place and it was fairly easy to adapt. Otherwise, most of them are home grown.

Hi all!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a data base system that can be used to record our observations during our Lab, Bio, Rad, Haz Waste and Shop Safety inspections? We have a homemade Access system that has worked well, but has become fragile and won't be supported soon.

We would like, the new system needs to be tablet and wireless based, can use our forms to record and gather data and be able to do mail merges to product reports. We would eventually like to migrate 15+ years of data into the new system for our records, but that is not critical to our needs.

We have had a demo for Citizen Serve. Looked ok, but there has to be other systems out there to compare with. Any thoughts about different systems, and your pros and cons would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and Happy Holidays to all!
