I feel it's important to somehow address the transition required for the maintenance department. Money needs to be budgeted for annual certification, new parts and filters, and possibly a contract for maintaining connectivity with the building management system, and training. New P.M.'s will need to be developed and procedures for communicating planned and unplanned shutdowns. My $.02.

It is my experience that the slip ups often occur in the unseen tangle of ductwork, energy saving devices and exhaust stack design.
