We use an iPad with the app iAuditor. There are numerous premade audits you can use but you can also make your own with your own questions and types of answers (i.e. Yes or No, Safe or Unsafe, multiple choices you determine). When you do an audit you enter your answers, take pictures of best practices or things that need attention and when you are done you can sign and send the completed audit to any number of email addresses.
We use it for respirator use audits, industrial hygiene, chemical management audits, and housekeeping audits at this point but I can see a number of other possible audits I could create.
The best news is the app is free.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] Auditing software
We are looking at beginning some internal audits on our campus. Is anyone using a software program they could recommend?
Thanks in advance for you collective wisdom,
