I would add properly filling and reading a buret. Along with remembering to carry units when doing calculations and remembering to have a zero in front of a decimal point.

Hi Frankie -
I don't know if it is a "lab skill" so much as a necessary skill for doing lab calculations, but I would add using a scientific calculator for exponents, logs, etc. Also, using volumetric glassware to prepare solutions. This might be asking too much, as most high schools have limited resources.
