A couple other things to think about. No water soluble dyes to leak out of the truck/ compactor on the way to the landfill? No truly toxic materials that could hurt the waste handlers? Does BU have a plastic/metal recycler that would take them? If no to the above I'd feel comfortable with general trash. Good luck!
