I most commonly use the ECHA database as they have under “Registered Substances” classifications and labeling determinations that are identified for chemicals under GHS as well as DPD/DSD.  I usually select the record that has the widest tonnage band and further one that is a joint submission rather than an individual submission.  There is also a wealth of other chemical information by CAS RN to be culled.

There is no database that we aware of for this. There are several universities have ratings online for a number of common chemicals – try googling NFPA 704 ratings – but there is not a real database. There are no compiled ratings for mixtures since their properties are different.
