I most commonly use the ECHA database as they have under “Registered Substances” classifications and labeling determinations that are identified for chemicals under GHS as well as DPD/DSD. I usually select the
record that has the widest tonnage band and further one that is a joint submission rather than an individual submission. There is also a wealth of other chemical information by CAS RN to be culled.
I hope this helps!

Subject: [DCHAS-L] GHS Labeling database
There is no database that we aware of for this. There are several universities have ratings online for a number of common chemicals – try googling
NFPA 704 ratings – but there is not a real database. There are no compiled ratings for mixtures since their properties are different.
